5.2 Terminal
  The chip and antenna of near field communication need to be integrated. The mobile platform support mongline protocol and assure
the data can be communicated and coped between near field communication control chip and user card.
     （1）Integrating near field communication chip and antenna to support SWP protocol.
     （2）Connecting  near field communication chip with C6 pin of user card to assure the communication    between near field communication
chip and user card.
     （3）Support HCI protocol and fulfill the communication between chip of cell phone and near field communication.
     （4）Realizing BIP protocol to support the communication of user card through TCP/IP channel and far end server.
    
5.3 Business management platform
Business management platform is composed of card delivered management platform and application provided management platform， the former one is constituted by card management system, application management system( used for self-application), key management system, certificate management system, the latter is made up of application management system , key management system, certificate management system among which is used in dissymmetrical key situation and not allowed use in symmetrical key situation. These equipments can be designed in one physical entity or each be single physical entity too.
     （1）Card management system
Card management system mainly charges the exterior system, card and safe management of application communication in the card.
Meanwhile it takes charge of user data and basic card data. And then it can be connected to application management system to provide
responding support. It is administered by operator.
     （2）Application management system
Application management system is used in safe region of card, operator’s self-application and carry, found, delete, update of the third part.

    （3）Key management system
Card management system and application management system both own inside and independent key management module. They can see to the guiding, storing and creating of initiative key. Based on the actual demand, key management module can extend to independent key management system. Application provided men establish self key system to administer the application key, so it can be used by the third application management system. Each key system is separated mutually ,in order to offer the card and application safe environment which is isolated.
　　
     （4）Certificate management system
The function of certificate management would be required when using unsymmetrical key. Certificate management system can be used in safe region, certificate management of entity outside card( card delivered men, application provided men), including  apply ,log-on  and other lifecycle management.
   
  Copies of all the certificates in the card should be preserved and the authentication of certificate chain would be supported. The certificate of card end has been stored in the safe region which supports unsymmetrical safe channel protocol SCP10 , ransferred by way of STK or others thought APDU. Certificate management system can download certificate of the card delivered or application provided men to

6 Developing situation
  6.1 Oversees
NTT DoCoMo is the largest mobile operators in Japan. It owns more than 5000 users and takes the market share of 56%. In July of 2004, it has launched cell phone payment business based on Felica of Sony. Felica of Sony is contactless smart card, taking the advantage of convenience, shortcut, data transfer without inserting into the reader’s slot. With this business, payment time would be cut by 20% ~30%, operating efficiency would be enormously improved, payment time of customers would be saved, so it takes the predominance of convenience, safety, large capacity. As a result, it has developed more than 10 million users, signed with 28000 dealers, expanded more than 6000 automats, the rapid developing is so stupendous. The cell-phone payment has step by step taken place of all the goods in the purse ,namely cash, bank card, member card, integral card, key, ticket of vehicle, ship and air, film ,touring ticket ,certificate and so on.

Recently in North America ,next generation mobile phone system of near field communication technology has been holding a large scale testing for the first time, holding in Philips Arena of Atlanta. In this testing, the fans can pay the goods contactlessly , who owns season ticket and visa card of the Chase bank and also wireless account of Sigler. With inside Philip near field chip and Nokia 3220 mobile phone which has ViVOtech software, users can purchase and pay safely near the POS end.  ViVOtech has deployed 156 contactless POS reader in the whole Philips Arena.
